Excellent!
Liked: We were so happy we booked at the New Hotel Colon- from the minute we were greeted by the front desk staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. We ate in the restaurant adjacent for both dinner and breakfast- both were excellent and good value. Would highly recommend!
Comfortable stay in a clean environment with friendly staff
Liked: Clean and neat and in a good location. Rooms serviced daily. Staff could speak English which was helpful for me.
Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable. I would have liked more vegetables with the breakfast buffet.
