Liked: Excellent service, personnel très aimable, Buffet Excellent
NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL don't waste your money
Liked: The location was the only good thing. Pool was clean and towels provided. Room was acceptable.
Disliked: The hotel restuarant staff were extremely unhelpful and totally ignorant. The receptionist was not welcoming on arrival. This hotel is NOT 4 star don't waste your money. I was poorly after staying one night. Food in the restuarant was absolutely shocking. Cold and not eatable. Coffee machine was not working. We complained and were just ignored on several ocassions. No food allegies were anywhere to be seen. Food wasn't labelled clearly in English. Parking is extra and not cheap. The hotel is NOT easy to find it is behind a metal remote gates,
Disliked: Found it difficult to,find The word ALEGRIA is not displayed anywhere on the outer facia
For the price paid it was fair but I don’t think this hotel deserves a 4 star rating, no more than a 3 in my opinion
Liked: Location to beach was excellent also location to port
Disliked: Pool didn’t appear very clean, looked like it needed a good scrub, also the seagulls made a lot of mess around the pool which wasn’t very hygienic.i have a video of them in the pool daily!!! The breakfast though plenty of choice was always cold ( there was a microwave to hand though) The rooms were large and comfy but looking tired in areas..

Liked: Central position. Friendly staff. Modern facilities. Barr prices very good.
Disliked: Swimming pool was full of seagulls and dirty. Shower needed a deep clean.
