  Dani at the reception was wonderful. Explained everything very well

  Liked: Good value for money. Room is spacious. Lots of freebies.

  Disliked: The lift was down for two days. And there was only one lift for the hotel guests. Strange for a big enough hotel.

  Charming friendly hotel

  Liked: The atmosphere was outstanding, felt like home immediately. The staff were amazingly kind, the food was delicious, various at breakfast. The complimentary bar with drinks was the cherry at the top.

  Loved this hotel and we will be back!

  Liked: This hotel has it all, from location, to friendly staff, exceptionally clean and rooms very comfortable. Cosy beds and a wonderful rainfall shower. The pool area on the 6th floor was great with a gym, pool, sauna and Turkish bath. In the lobby area 'the.green zone' offered snacks and refreshments and a chill out area.

  Liked: It was a sham we couldn’t use the solarium I’ve stayed in the past and was hoping to spend quality time up there Our light in the bathroom had a mind of its own. The safe caused a few problems but we overcame them 2 other guests decided to have a row at 4.30 in the morning and we could hear everything! But that is beyond your control

  Unique hotel - great base for exploring Menorca

  Liked: Unique hotel - very comfortable base for exploring Menorca. We were hiking the Cami de Cavalls and loved coming back to enjoy the spa in the afternoon. The offering of free snacks and drinks in the evening seemed to encourage many guests to gather in the lounge, creating a warm, convivial atmosphere. Absolutely lovely staff who truly go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
