  Beautiful resort with friendly staff and great breakfast

  Liked: Very nice apartment recently furnished. Lots of choice at breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Sparkling clean. Nice view of sea from parts of the main restaurant. Short drive to the town.

  Disliked: We chose this resort due to heated pools in October. Main heated pool felt too cool to swim in for long so we didn’t use it much. Plunge pool in apartment had issues with heating initially but this was resolved and it was warm to use. Despite lots of positives, it felt very expensive for an end of season stay.

  Lovely staff and great facilities, lack of cool air conditioning unfortunately affected my stay

  Liked: Staff were friendly, as a gluten free traveler food from their Kitchen Market restaurant was amazing.

  Disliked: Despite air conditioning (with a snowflake) being listed as an amenity, unfortunately the air conditioning was set to only warm the room, this was very disappointing after a day in the sun, the only solution provided was to use a fan or open the doors which would just further circulate warm air. It was also disappointing that even when the air conditioning was programmed to off it would automatically boot back up again. This was really disappointing as after using the hair dryer the room was unbearable again.

  Modern and clean with great facilities

  Liked: Modern, fresh, clean hotel which is family- friendly. Loved the outdoor pool, double sun loungers, breakfast was excellent and having a gym was a bonus. We also enjoyed the yoga class. The buffet dinner meant kids and adults all had something they liked. We also loved the location, right beside a beach with a couple of restaurants and just 6 minutes drive from Ciutadella. Great spot for exploring the south coast too.

  Disliked: It sounds small but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The sign said hang towels you want to re-use and leave dirty ones on the floor to be collected. Ours weren't collected so we had wet towels all over the floor and others draped over the furniture to dry.
