  Fantastic

  Liked: Great location, easy to walk to all the amazing ruins. Staff were excellent, very helpful in every way. Price was a bargain for what you get.

  Liked: We loved the apartment new modern very large and comfortable and the staff MANUEL GEMA Y ROCIO went out of their way to help us with our hertz car tire problem.... Manuel even called his mechanic to tell him we were coming....WONDERFUL STAFF!!

  Perfectly located with secure underground parking

  Liked: Communication prior to our stay was excellent. We were given confirmation for a reserved parking space. €10 per day for secure underground parking is a fair price. On our arrival, we drove straight into the entrance of the underground parking garage, where we were met by the receptionist (the reception is located next to the garage entrance). We were told which parking space had been reserved for us and parked the car, prior to attending the reception office for check in and acquiring the room key. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The fridge was very handy for storing some food items and drinks. We didn't use the cooking facilities. The location was perfect for us. It is only a short walk from the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. In another direction, a single straight road took us to the Temple of Diana and the nearby Alcazaba, Roman Bridge and Plaza Espana. It is an easy town to walk around and the hotel was a perfect base. This would now be our preferred hotel for any future visit to Mérida.

  Highly recommended

  Liked: We initially booked two nights in a standard room and then decided to add a third night. There were no more standard rooms available, so we booked the family room - which happened to be next door to our standard room. I have already submitted a full report on our stay in the standard room - excellent. I am adding this report to show photos of the family room. We had been very happy with the standard room at €60 per night. The family room is a notable upgrade in space for a cost of €95 per night. It would be perfectly suited for a family with one or two children who could share the pull out couch - or for a couple who just want the extra space.
