  Great choice for families. Our go to place in Mojacar!

  Liked: Rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of pools to chose from. Plenty of sunbeds Great location. Very central and close to beach and amenities.

  Disliked: Pool Bar needs to be open longer Pool Bar needed at Splash Park Entertainment very basic No hot water for 2 days. Had to have cold showers

  Liked: Overall the hotel and facilities both for couples and families are excellent along with the food choices. Loads of restaurants to choose from if you go self catering or half board

  Disliked: Nothing in particular maybe bar area can offer bar mats and table cleaned quicker but no big problem

  This is our third visit and enjoyed our stay but feel that some of the Spanish holiday makers were very rude and thought

  Liked: The location absolutely perfect for all outside amenities and view from the terrace Clean well maintained grounds Apartment was perfect, ample space

  Disliked: Understaffed bars, long queues All activities by animation team around the pool and evening entertainment was all spoken in Spanish which was a shame as there were many young English families within the hotel

  Liked: The facility and the whole vacation park is beautiful. It is located right behind a great beach. Several pools in the park and evening activities are also fun (all in Spanish)

  Disliked: NO WIFI in the room. Breakfast is quite boring. Also there are cockroaches running around the coffee machines, very worrying for the whole hygiene level of the restaurant

  Disliked: Too many stairs to our room. But fortunately it didn't mean I wouldn't go back. But something to consider.

  Most Dangerous/Unfriendly Hotel for Toddlers and Kids in Mojacar

  Liked: The beach (outside hotel) is nice, it has good pools..

  Disliked: Service, plenty people in the Restaurant and Lobby with the wrong attitude, they don't understand what hospitality required... Apparently I was required to ask as many questions as needed to avoid u understanding which rules apply and which ones does not.. We did not book lunch initially we go to the restaurant and the "rule" is we can come in at it depends on the "hotel occupation" even is a buffet.. so ob their explanation me as a customer should know every day occupation to see if I can take lunch there or not.. last day after fighting with them several days took lunch outside the hotel... The place is not suitable for people with mobility issues or somehow older, there is only one elevator to avoid 20 steps stairs apart from it to arrive to my room there were other 100 stairs steps.. They resist to give us water in the restaurant until we bring a paper that has marks on the days we have paid lunches... Even there was a computer in place at the reception they were unable to check if we had it... I forget it at my room I was required to go back 100 stairs steps up and down so my daughter 4 years old was able to get some water. In the buffet there is no kids menu, all glasses are won't glasses imagine my 4 years old daughter drinking water on a wine glass... The waitress in the restaurant were lazy, even was a buffet no one was picking up dirty dishes or glasses... Just last night a girl named Elia did a really good job customer care with us. Apart from her ever the supervisor Juan are people not happy with their job or tasks and just looking how to avoid giving a customer experience with a good standards... Antonio is a waitress with a terrible attitude with a No in his tongue before asking him anything Sofa on the room as it was a place for 6 was terrible I have my back totally injured for sleeping in the worst bed ever in my life... Not recommended is a waste of money...
