With some staff training, this would be a 10 out of 10
Liked: Spectacular property, in a beautiful surrounding
Disliked: The staff in the restaurant – both at dinner and at breakfast were snobby - acted Like they were Superior to me, just because I was in hiking clothes.
Overall enjoyable
Liked: The Building is very impressive and our room was good. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good.
Disliked: Location. It os not really walkable into the town for restaurants etc. Didn't like the cafe bar. Decor didn't fit with the character of the rest of building.
Great hotel. Just book it
Liked: This hotel is excellent. Lovely friendly staff, large room with comfortable bed, good breakfast and superb dinner.
Disliked: We were hiking the Camino Invierno and after a long day in the trail, the climb up to the hotel in the afternoon heat was tough. But that's not the hotels fault. The bathroom had a bath, and as seniors we would have preferred a walk in shower. But these are minor things. This hotel gets 100% from us

Disliked: The room was not in the main building. We were informed about it after finishing the booking.
Liked: Breakfast was great and the hotel was very beautiful with an amazing view.
Disliked: The bedrooms/bathrooms were a little old for the pricepoint
