Fabulous
Liked: the peace in the hotel..
Disliked: nothing.. the only one is that we a can not get the good cappucino for the breakfast.. even wanting to pay
An amazing hotel, perfect location right next to the river, private pool, wonderful breakfast
Relaxing stay. Lovely pool
Liked: Loved the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent.
Disliked: We couldn’t use the safe in the room without paying extra. I don’t think that’s right. The room should include the price of using a safe.

Disliked: We paid almost €600 for two nights and two rooms, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The “premium” room had a strong cigarette smell, and the air conditioning smelled strongly of mould and damp. There were yellow stains on the bed linen, hairs and dust on the floor, a thick layer of dust on the heater, and hairs throughout the bathroom. As I have asthma and allergies, I could not sleep in this room and had to move to the other one. The second room was somewhat better, but still had hairs in the bidet and shower and clearly had not been properly cleaned. Three out of four power sockets next to the bed also did not work. The breakfast was extremely poor. There were cobwebs on the pears, the coffee was undrinkable, and I ended up eating only a bread roll with cheese. We had paid separately for breakfast, but cancelled it after the first morning. The restaurant was also disappointing. We received dry burrata and the extra fries we ordered for the main course were served with the starter and later returned to us reheated. I understand that the hotel was busy due to an event, but that is no excuse for dirty rooms and poor hygiene. A hotel room should be clean, regardless of how busy the hotel is or how much you pay for the other facilities. For almost €600, I expected a basic level of cleanliness and quality. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that.
