Good
Good but could easily be better
Liked: Lovely surroundings. Food excellent. Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Missing little things. Shower bracket loose so had to hold by hand. Nowhere to put shampoo, shower gel etc. in shower cubicle, Insufficient lighting over mirror in bedroom for putting on make-up, noisy aircon.
Exceptional
Beautiful historic hotel with bags of charm
Liked: Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Service was very good and the restaurant was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Welcomed our dog and even kept their dog away.
