  Dirty apartment and bad host

  Disliked: This was a horrible experience. The bed linen had cigarette burns, there was a dirty pan full of oil in the oven, the dryer was full of clothes, and the cleaning gear was all around the place. The keys are in a separate location from the apartment, which is not comfortable when you have a lot of stuff to move around. Moreover, the host was rushing us to send him the passport pictures and tourist tax, calling me several times in less than one hour, although I told him we had a baby and had to fix some things for him before we could do that. Also, the apartment is next to a very busy national road, so the living room has constant car noise at all times, including in the evening. We were very disappointed with everything, to be honest.

  Disliked: Location is easy to get to from train station and its near a handy small supermarket but on a very busy main road. Inside, it was clean and well equipped but basic and dated. The bed was hard and lumpy and had a crackly plastic mattress cover. We had a couple of power cuts over just 2 days which was inconvenient as it delayed our plans, some of the lights flicker too

  Superb

  Liked: Huge, comfortable apartment. Pleasant check-in and out.

  Disliked: Minor issues only - the coffee maker lacked the basket dispenser for the grounds, and the stove top bialetti was warped, so it didn't heat well. After one shower, the next person had barely enough hot water.
