Group oriented hotel, you get what you pay for

Liked: Views, big public open spaces, parking places. Prepaid buffet dinner good value (multiple food options, salads, fruit), surprisingly breakfast not (no greens/fruit = weird in my opinion).

Disliked: Sound insulations - luckily no noisy neigbors or party group in same wing. Short breakfast and dinner times. Not hotels fault but own map reading = Google Maps giving distance birds flight from Montserrat which is on the other side of mountain = min 30min drive

  Liked: Location is great.

Disliked: It's a bit of a cross between a university accommodation and a hotel, may not be to everyone's taste.

Liked: The hotel had a pool and we did have a balcony.

Disliked: The ambiance of the hotel comes off as institutional with no real comfort figured in. Mostly made of cement with dark halls, and room doors made of steel. Staff appeared to serve with no friendliness and somewhat reluctantly.
