Fabulous
Would stay again
Liked: Charming small hotel. Got lucky with an upper room that had a wonderful balcony. Staff was efficient, excellent location in the city walls. Excellent air conditioning.
Disliked: Beds / bedding weren’t the most comfortable.

Liked: Location, location, location!!. Breakfast was fantastic Quite place and great staff!.
Disliked: It was a strange experience: when we arrived, the door was locked. We had to ring the bell. Someone came in from the street to let us in, handed us the keys to our room and the hotel, and then left. We found ourselves completely alone in the hotel—it was as if it belonged to us. Later, we went out to eat and locked up behind us; when we returned, another couple was there. In the end, there were five of us staying in the hotel. We finally saw a staff member at breakfast. That said, the hotel was decent and clean. We call it the "ghost hotel."
Amazing stay in lovely Lorella!
Liked: The location, the view and the friendliness of the staff.
Liked: It had the feeling of an country inn. The free breakfast was very generous. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was only one flight of steps away from the main hub. I would definitely stay there again Oh, and the view was amaaaaazing!

Disliked: No parking but it's understandable because of the location. Plenty of stairs to get to the door. Unsuitable town for disabled people
