Exceptional
Spacious apartment in downtown Murcia
Liked: Spacious apartment in the center of Murcia. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and the owner provided great recommendations. It was also very convenient that we could use the two bikes. Please note that there are no locks available, so you cannot leave the bikes unattended.
Disliked: The patio is not really a place where you would want to spend time, as it does not receive any sunlight. When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very strong sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Because of this, we kept the door closed and did not use that bathroom during our stay.
Great location for exploring the area
Liked: Great location, near lots of nice bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment and the beds were really comfortable. Host David was very helpful and great comms throughout
Disliked: Under the back bedroom there was lots of noise so assume a cafe/restaurant is below. But this is only a minor point. I had earplugs
Great host, apartment and location. Recommended
Liked: David the host was very helpful, sent us recommendations for local restaurants and even arranged our airport taxi. The apartment was well equipped and the double bed and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to bring them home with us. It’s very centrally located in Murcia with lots of bars and restaurants near by. If we returned to Murcia we would stay here.
Disliked: No problems at all, it is a residential block so there was the noise of people leaving for work/ school each morning but this had very little impact on our stay.
The Property owner, Davib was an excellent host. He also organised the parking for the duration of our stay. We would ce
