  Great central located apartment

Liked: The apartment was great, great central location and very easy to do the check in. We only spent one night and left so we could not use many of the facilities.

Disliked: The beds were not very comfy, the double one was very squeaky. Because of the central location of the apartment, there was a lot of noise from the street in the early morning.

  Disgraceful

Liked: We arrived at the given time and there was no one there to greet us. We were given the run around by the host as to where we could collect the keys and she even changed the apartment to another without any notice or acceptance. After walking around in the extreme heat for 2 and a half hours with our luggage we were unable to gain access to either of the properties and had to find alternative accommodation!

  Great for 1 - 2 nights

Liked: Excellent location, near to the Cathedral & the Bill ring & parking

Disliked: No air conditioning, 2 fans, 1 broke. Located near the bins, so noisy on & off all night. Street cleaners came at 2.40 in the morning.

Do not use, very poor service

Liked: Location was perfectly central to what we wanted to see.

Disliked: Had to collect keys from key box a 10min walk away. Entrance hallway very dirty. Advertised as 'airconditioned apartment' (changed on description now) Only 1x portable unit available, in very poor condition and unsafe to use. Held together with tape & cling film. Temperature was 45°. Requested 3 beds to be made up, only 2 available. Building work left unfinished in lounge area. Sent several messages and called the owner, all ignored for 1 1/2 hours. Eventually answered, explained the situation and was offered a full refund if we wanted to find somewhere else Agreed, found a nearby hotel, much more expensive, and called owner back within 20mins. Dropped keys back at key box and messaged owner again. Owner then went back on the agreement and refused a refund. Eventually had 1 night refunded.
