Fabulous
Liked: A lovely apartment with a fantastic outside seating area. Was clean with an excellent shower. The host was absolutely fantastic and gave me brilliant directions and advice on what was happening in the city. A gem of a place for the price
Disliked: It is abit outside the city centre but that does mean you get to walk on the lovely promenade on the way to the city centre.
Luckly only two nights
Liked: Quiet neighborhood, spacious.
Disliked: A non functioning dehumidifier instead of air conditioning. The house is unbearablly hot in August. Not very clean surfaces, need for refurbishment.
A cute spot in Murcia
Liked: Very cute and comfortable house. The location is optimal, quiet but very close to the city centre. It was nice in winter, but the setup is very summer-house.
Disliked: The couch is not a proper bed but it's comfortable enough.
Overall it is a good accomodation in reasonable price
Disappointing
Liked: The location
Disliked: Alot of the facilities were not there as advertised eg no electric kettle, no microwave only one cup, no toilet paper, the bed linen was a mismatch of children's and single bed linen on a double bed, the shower was broken.
Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just 15 minutes from the city center. The bed was comfortable, and the owner was very friendly and helpful, reassuring us that the walk to the center was manageable even with an infant, so we didn’t need a car. The heating worked well, though on very cold days, the front door’s lack of insulation might make it less effective. Parking at the apartment was also a great convenience. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
Disliked: The bed had only one long pillow; separate pillows would be more comfortable. The kitchen had only the basics—adding a kettle and a cutting board would be helpful.
