Fabulous
Whole apartment in a good location
Liked: Good location close to a big supermarket and not far from the centre. Close to the train station, about 20mins walk to the bus station.
Disliked: The plaza/square out the front of the accommodation might be quiet, but might be noisy, depending on the day. Also, the bed was very squeaky, but otherwise the place is good value for money.
Liked: A good, but not a central location. Spacious apartment located on a ground floor, facing a calm yard
Disliked: A check-in process: i got instructions 30 min before i arrived. Instructions had an error, which was, frankly speaking, corrected quickly after i contacted a host A cleanliness level is not high: the floor was mopped, but not after a vacuum cleaner. I saw a lot of different hairs everywhere. A dish-washer was stinky! A kitchen towel was not provided One can find in a kitchen 6 wine-glasses, but not a corkscrew A bed is simple, unstable, very creaking A communication with a host was not the best: polite, but not friendly.

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable apartment, easy check-in/out.
Very good
Liked: Lovely large apartment and very quiet. 10 minute walk into the heart of Murcia. Bus stop and trains within 400mtrs. Plenty of supermarkets around.
Disliked: Unfortunately the smell of cigarettes is ingrained in the apartment. I spent most my time in the bedroom where I didn’t notice it so much.
