Good
Hotel between train and city
Liked: The hotel has an ideal location if you want it between the city center and the train station. However, it's not in the center, but close: 10 mins walk and you are there. 0-24 reception. I could leave my luggage in the morning before check-in, staff was helpful. The room was simple but good. Normal bed, desk. It had AC, tv. Bathroom was also okay. They provided earplugs, but I was lucky with my room, didn't hear anyone, had no need to use them. It's a simple hotel, nothing extraordinary but I can totally recommend for a short stay.
Disliked: The fridge in the room was on, but still not working. It was warmer in the fridge than in the room.

Disliked: The phone was not always answered at the reception desk. Particularly at night. They did not handled the air conditioning properly.
Pleasant stay in Murcia
Liked: If travelling by train, the hotel is well located between the station and the town centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a fresh smell in corridors outside. Staff were helpful and could speak some English, which helped. The hotel looks like nothing special outside but the large sign PERADA does help locate it.
Disliked: There was an issue with noise in my inward facing room, which sounded like an intermittent air conditioner going off, but the source was a mystery. The walls were a little thin and there was some slamming of doors at 4am and talking in the corridor, which woke me.
Liked: I had a lovely stay in this clean and quiet hotel, situated conveniently close to the town center and the train station.
