Very good
Liked: Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location.
A perfect place to stay in Murcia
Liked: Location was perfect for exploring the town and to escape the midday heat. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Flat was spotless and had everything we needed. It even had a kettle for our morning cup of tea. It's on the 3rd floor but there is a very good lift. If we are ever back in Murcia we would definitely stay here again.
great
Liked: Good location, comfortable
Disliked: Some of the dishes were quite badly chipped and should be replaced
After a tiring sightseeing day, feel at home. Confort, silence, relaxing…
Liked: Situation. Very complete cooking area, that I never used. (Solo traveler) silence, good bed.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
Horrific experience - avoid this place at all costs!
Disliked: Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, especially on such a special occasion as New Year's Eve. From the moment we stepped in with our two children, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy, the dishes were dirty, and to our horror, the bedding was used and unclean. The shower drain was clogged, and the towels provided were stained and dirty. But the worst part was the owner's response when we brought up these issues. Instead of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation, we were bluntly told that if we didn't like it, we could leave. This appalling attitude and the abysmal condition of the room ruined our festive evening. I strongly advise against staying in these apartments. The room was dreadful, and the owner's attitude was even worse. A total disappointment and a sure way to ruin any holiday experience.
