The apartment itself is generally good, but the service—especially from the woman responsible for the WhatsApp number +3

Disliked: The attitude of the staff, particularly the woman managing the WhatsApp number +34 648 41 47 95, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Following the advice I received through the Booking.com chat, I sent a message via WhatsApp to complete the remaining check-in procedures. However, no one replied to my message. I then called the number. A woman answered and, in an irritated tone, spoke in Spanish, saying that she did not understand me and that I should write on WhatsApp instead. I explained that I had already sent a WhatsApp message and asked her to check it. In response, she made an annoyed sound and simply hung up the phone. After that, there was still no reply to my WhatsApp message and no response of any kind. Eventually, I had to ask my friend, who speaks Spanish, to call on my behalf. Afterwards, she told me that the woman on the phone had been extremely rude and disrespectful during their conversation as well. There were only two hours left before check-in. The booking had already been fully paid for, yet I had received no information about the property’s location or any check-in instructions. No one responded until I started repeatedly contacting you through Booking.com and WhatsApp. Only later did I receive a message in the Booking.com chat stating that the woman responsible for WhatsApp should have sent me all the necessary information, but she simply had not done so. It gives the impression that if I had not kept contacting you, I might eventually have been told that I had not completed the check-in process and therefore could not be accommodated.

  Nice flat, well located:)

Liked: The flat is much better in real, the photos don’t make any justice. It very cute and self compact. You can find anything you need.

Disliked: If you have a car, you might struggle to park. The key pad on the door was very sensitive and won’t work every time. I had to wait about 20 minutes to access the room in the morning after moving my car as it was not working. They should change it!
