Guest reviews
Exceptional
Don’t stay unless you have a car
Liked: Pool was good but zero umbrellas or sunbeds so you had to sit on bare concrete
Disliked: The staff constantly sent me emails telling me it was compulsory to check in days in advance and pay E300. We had a very difficult journey and were not able to check in online as we were required to download and sign documents. The check in time of 17:00 is too late and check out time of 10:00 is too early. We asked for a later check out and they allowed us free 3 hours or E50 for 2 hours later. The staff would not meet us at the property to check us in or out so we had a difficult walk to check out in the rain with all our luggage. The location was far away from any cafes and cost E30-E34 for a taxi trip to a cafe …we had to phone around 6 taxi companies as none of them would take us and there was no Uber or Cabify
