Liked: Very nice hotel, clean, central position, excellent for my travel purpose. Nice room and beautiful view by the river.

Very basic 'hotel' - No creature comforts - Not somewhere I would stay again!
Liked: Comfortable double bed. Decent size bathroom with a good shower.
Disliked: Terrible location, right on the corner of a busy traffic light junction. The guy on Reception was pretty miserable and spoke no English. We were on motorbikes, on check-in we were told there was no parking available, but the guy who owned the motorcycle shop alongside the hotel said there WAS parking for motorbikes underneath the hotel! The rooms are very basic, with no tea/coffee facilities and just a tiny tube of liquid soap in the bathroom. There are a few bars within walking distance, but the availability of restaurants is limited. Olot isn't a great place to wander around, very busy and noisy. To be frank, it wouldn't surprise me if this hotel closes, it did look like it was being run down.

Liked: The place is exactly as described and even better. The hotel is clean and spotless. The room is clean, modern, very quiet and overlooks the river. The location is excellent. Across the street there is a pharmacy and grocery store. The owner is nice and welcoming. Definitely a recommended place
