Exceptional
Wonderful rural house and a great location to visit Basque Country
Liked: Very comfy beds, excellent breakfast prepared by the host Mikel, a wonderful location, quiet and peaceful. Mikel helped us a lot to organize our stay in Basque Country.
Liked: Beautiful house with a lovely balcony and view of the mountains. The staff were very helpful and had some great local recommendations.
Disliked: It's about a 15 minute drive to the nearest large-ish town and supermarket so there isn't anywhere nearby to walk to get food. But the hotel does have a fridge and microwave to prepare your own food.
Liked: Mikel takes such good care of all of us in the hotel. Not intrusive but immediately ready with help when needed We stayed during a heatwave so the planned walks and sightseeing were out but he told us a couple of good locations for lake and river swimming
Liked: Great place tucked away in the country! Very helpful staff. Would go back!
Liked: Welcoming manager Mikel was wonderful. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Nice breakfasts. Great location. Peaceful and quiet.
Disliked: Rooms/bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning.
Quite house in the mountains with wonderful host
Liked: Mikel is a wonderful host and very helping. Great terrace and an additional shared living room. Everything clean and tidy
Disliked: It's an older rural house. If you are not fine with that, you might not enjoy your stay.
