Exceptional
Fantastic
Liked: Amazing kind host who spent the time to talk to me about the local language and history of Basque Country and their struggle for independence. The rooms were clean and large. The shower was hot and had good pressure. There is a great shared dining area with coffee and tea provided free. Very reasonable price and very centrally located, and next to a grocery store. The town is well built and a small tight community with their own unique language and customs. Would for sure stay again and was far more reasonable than Bilbao prices!
Disliked: Other guests were smoking cigarettes in their room. Not sure if allowed or they were just jerks.
Liked: A cute and cozy place to stay in the old town of Mondragon!I would totally recommend it not only for the accommodation but mainly for kind lady that served us because people make the difference!
Great place to stay with easy access to everything you might want
Liked: Centrally located but away from traffic. Windows in bedroom and bathroom so able to get good air.

Excellent accommodation in the most friendliest town
Liked: After booking, the host was really supportive and answered my questions about parking, check-in time etc. We were slightly late for check-in but the host was more than accommodating. The host met us and check-in was nice and easy, she showed us our rooms and how to use keys etc. There is no curfew at the property. The rooms were pretty spacious and good size bed, bathroom. Plenty of plug sockets to charge devices. Wi-Fi was good aswell. TV in the room had several channels (altho I did not really watch). Towels are provided etc. Note: there is no parking. Nearest main car park is Parking APK2 Biteri Plaza Maalako Errabala Aldea, 3, 20500 Arrasate. We just left the car in there for 3 days and it was 30 Euro. The town of Arrasate is nice and quaint. The people are the friendliest I've ever met and there are plenty of bars around. I hope to come back one day and meet the friends we made.
Disliked: Nothing the property met our needs for the duration of our stay.
