  Okay

  Liked: The reception is so spacious and beautiful. The location would be okay if you are visiting Orihuela, being very near shops etc Breakfast was okay

  Disliked: We were in a room overlooking a building which is being demolished so it was quite noisy from early on. Also, from the tiny wooden balcony (that we paid extra for) we could watch the police stopping traffic all day and night, so no view to speak of which was disappointing. In fairness this was a last minute stay as my car had broken down, also it was a red day so nothing was open. The staff was efficient but not really friendly and welcoming

  Arguing with the staff ruined an otherwise perfect stay

  Liked: Beautiful hotel!

  Disliked: Very stressful experience trying to get staff to set the air conditioning to an acceptable temperature. Finally resolved but way too stressful experience.

  Perfect hotel for discovering Orihuels old town

  Liked: Perfect situated right in the historical centre. We were 3 persons in a big quiet room to a very good price.

  Disliked: Parking restrictions in the city. Would be good if they could have a few places for the hotel guests,

  Good location for what we needed

  Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming the bed was really comfy the room was clean and the shower was good

  Disliked: The air con was poor room was stifling when we arrived and took a couple of hours to cool down we had paid for a balcony room but if we opened the doors to enjoy the balcony the air con didn’t keep the room cool
