Exceptional
We love bringing out of town guests here
Liked: We have stayed here perhaps 10 times? It is consistently great. The apartments are very comfortable and quiet. The beds are enormous and very comfortable. The kitchens are well equipped. The apartments are convenient to everything in the center of the city, yet are very quiet. Daniela and her colleague are helpful and responsive. The app which serves as a key for the apartments and parking is excellent. This month for the first time they have added a charge for the parking. However, the charge is a bit less than area aparcamientos. The terraces are lovely, too.
Best apartment we’ve had while travelling 4 weeks around Spain and Portugal. The apartment is faultless and amazing valu
Liked: Easy check in and great parking facilities Huge faultless apartment Very clean Comfy bed
Disliked: Nothing
Great place… booking.com did NOT respond to price discrepancy…boo
Liked: Excellent location, comfortable beds and functional layout. The entire suite was scrupulously clean! And Daniella, the local property manager, was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: Would have like to have a toaster, and kettle.
Great stay in Ourense!
Liked: Everything! Daniela was amazing with her customer service and very quick in replying. Location and the facilities were excellent! Right in the middle of the historic center and casco viejo! Free parking was also a great plus.
Lovely apartment
Disliked: No había nada negativo.
