Good location and comfortable room
Liked: The place was perfect for my needs. It's close to the bus and rail stations, and therefore to the city centre, but far enough away that's it's in an area which remains quiet overnight. The room was comfortable and decently equipped, and was not cramped. As is usual with this level of accommodation, there are no catering facilities on site. But as is also usual in Spain, there is no shortage of cafes and bars nearby (breakfast was just a short walk away). Reception is not staffed 24 hours on site, but there's a terminal thingy which is used after hours for video interaction with a remote receptionist. Once I'd worked out what was going on, I quite liked it. I don't know whether the receptionist spoke English, as I did everything in Spanish.
Disliked: I was at first surprised and disappointed that there was no air conditioning. But it turned out not really to be a problem. The nights were reasonably cool (even in August) and the area was quiet, so simply opening the window made for comfortable nights.
Good enough for a short stay
Liked: The room has a specious wardrobe, big mirror and overall, well furnished. The little fan was very helpful to cool the room on hot days.
Disliked: The location makes it very noisy. It was necessary to close the window and shutters for the night to reduce the noise and bright street light.
Liked: The late night check-in process via video kiosk
Disliked: The fact that I couldn't leave my bags after checkout until 5pm. The reception would be unmanned from 3pm!!!

Liked: The room was big clean and really comfortable really good location near the bus station of Oviedo.
Disliked: You could only leave your bags to the reception till 3 pm so it’s a bit of a bummer
