Fabulous
Disliked: The deposit £50 was not refunded. I was told at the check out that the deposit which was paid cash would be returned to my bank account. Nothing was returned and the answer I got was to come collect it in person... (How? We dont live in the UK...). The employee provided an incorrect information and should deal with it. The answer we received is not acceptable. We want our money back
Liked: The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The only minor downside was the parking, which is located beneath a neighbouring residential building and was a little difficult to find. Overall, a pleasant stay.
Enjoyed our stay
Liked: Very friendly staff, clean,
Disliked: Would have liked AC; parking was a bit tricky, and would have liked Oat milk for coffee.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I really our time at this accomdation
Liked: I really liked the moderate level of accessibility, the professionalism and the English proficiency of the staff at this accommodation. All requests and questions were addressed and/or answered very promptly.
Disliked: One thing I didn’t like about the property was the lack of air conditioning in the unit.
Liked: Todo genial
Good but not impressive
Liked: Good location, small kitchen good for little cooking, new facility. Laundry on site.
Disliked: Small room facing backwards, no view. Bed too small for 2 large adults.
