Fabulous
Liked: Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. Very convenient to the old part of the city.
Liked: Located in the centre of Oviedo, walking distance from the cathedral and all the downtown. The host is very supportive, easy to contact via whatsapp, and a lot infos provided. It might be not so easy to find a parking nearby, especially in the evening, as it is a residential area.
Clean, spacious and modern apartment. No elevator though
Liked: Clean, beautiful, clean apartment with a terrace.
Disliked: For me personally the lack of elevator made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I had a baby with his stroller and there is a flight of stairs up and then a whole floor down I had to get through each time I left or went to the apartment.

Disliked: Building redevelopment ongoing next door but no noise or issue for us.
Lovely apartment in a good location
Liked: The location of the apartment was great for what we needed and just a short 5 minute walk to Mercadona. It was modern and furnished nicely.
Disliked: Small thing but there were no dishes to cook in the oven and for a short stay I think they could leave a couple of dishwasher tablets.
Would stay here again when visiting Oviedo
Liked: Had a wonderful stay here for a prep day before the Camino! The apartment was modern and clean, and felt very safe - while being in the historical centre. Guillermo went above and beyond - providing quality restaurant recommendations and answering my questions about backpack transfers. He was also u estranging when we had a mix up with the key that was completely our fault. Definitely recommend!
