Loved it
Liked: This place has a full stocked kitchen with the basic necessities for the amount of time we stayed. When we arrived we had a bowl of fruit a plate full of pastries enough coffee pods for the next morning. Our stay was very pleasant. And I like to add if you walk out to the left there is an awesome store that has fresh fruit, vegetables and even eggs a plus for the stay.
Disliked: The apartment is not facing the street so we didn’t know how sunny it was until we walked out the building, but that wasn’t a big deal. You can walk right up the hill to restaurants or sidreras and this little spot called El Gasconin de Magali, really nice place. 🥹
Liked: Location is amazing. We had everything within a short walking distance. The facilities were clean and functioning. The hosts even provided goodies for our breakfast to help get us started on our next day.
Disliked: I have no complaints. This exceeded our expectations
Super comfortable and great location
Liked: Super clean and very well-equipped apartment. Plenty of attention to small detail, kitchen equipment and supplies especially. Nice selection of fruit and breakfast cakes/croissants on arrival. Host was super helpful and attentive, before during and after our stay. Great central location for everything you want to see and do in Oviedo.

Great location on Gascona, short distance to lots of wonderfull restaurants and sites
Liked: The main door is a bit set back from the sidewalk and not easily visible at first. But there was a door code available for entry as well as a traditional key.
Disliked: Summer months in Spain have been warm, and we understand well that most places do not have air-conditioning so sleeping with the windows open is a must - not a problem for us. However, other tenants in the building smoked (marijuana) every single day and night during our 9-day stay, which of course led into our apartment.
Great if you don't need sleep
Liked: Best location possible, right on the 'cider boulevard', close to everything you may need or want to see in Oviedo. Walking distance from Bus & Train stations. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: Walls in the building are made of paper, you can hear neighbors plugging stuff into wall sockets as if they're scratching the back of your brain. You get to ''enjoy'' other inhabitants partying even when you're not invited. Last but not least annoying was the fact that numerous other people use the intercom in this apt to get into the building (it auto opens the door if you ring this num and people seem to share that info) AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THE INTERCOM UNMUTES ITSELF so when you finally fall asleep someone will probably wake you up. Great apartment in a perfect location though if you don't need to sleep.
Liked: The apartment was impeccably clean, well-decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and comfy bed, exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect —just a 10-15 minutes walk to the train and bus stations, the shopping streets and a park are nearby. A supermarket is around the corner, a fruit shop next door and many bars and restaurants on the same street. I also liked the breakfast pastries and the fruits left for the guests. The host, Alejandro, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He provided seamless check-in instructions and very quickly answered to my questions. Highly recommended!
Disliked: It would’ve been perfect to have an air conditioner.
