Excellent light and bright apartment located in the heart of the city

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the city with lots of cafes and shops nearby. Very close to the railway and bus stations. Light, bright and well equipped apartment in a secure purpose built block of flats. Lovely views over Oviedo and the nearby hills.

Disliked: Whereas we didn’t agree with other reviewers’ comments about cleanliness, the floors could do with a deep clean and one or two little things (such as the light switch in the kitchen) need to be fixed and repaired.

  Few days in Oviedo

Liked: Location is great a few minutes walk from the bus and train stations. Clean and comfortable.

Disliked: This is the first time I have stayed in an apartment when there has been absolutely nothing in the way of supplies in the kitchen. There's a coffee machine but no capsules. No salt, no pepper, no oil, nothing. I don't expect actual food but buying a bottle of oil, a box of coffee capsules etc. for a couple of days is not good. Kitchen light switch didn't work. Someone has tried to jam it on with a piece of cardboard. Bathroom sink was blocked.

  Superb

Liked: Centrally located, easy access to shopping, train and bus station, churches, a beautiful park, San Francisco, services, hair dressers, pedicure etc., restaurants etc., no vehicle needed. Well stocked kitchen implements, refrigerator, washing machine, king sized bed, oven and 4 burner stove.

Disliked: Occasionally, noisy neighbors, and water sounds apparently from pipes in walls
