Apartment like on Pinterest
Liked: Great location in the city center. Big windows that let no noise in. It was previously one big flat that is now divided into 5 smaller apartments, so you may hear neighbors. Kitchen is fully equipped (except for kettle)

Great location in a beautiful building, but not thoroughly cleaned
Disliked: I kept finding things in the room that made it clear it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were hairs in the bathroom and in the sheets. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the dishwasher smelled really bad. I kept getting the faint odor of sweat in the apartment. The door stopper in the hallway was also broken. I was very impressed with the kitchen and furnishings, but there wasn't a cutting board, so that made making use of all of the other items to prepare a meal rather difficult.
Comfortable, well equipped, very central
Liked: Great location close to the train station and in the centre of Oviedo. Everything is new and super clean. There are a lot of cooking utensils and everything is thought out. Check-in is very easy and flexible.
Disliked: The bed was super comfy and there were lots of pillows but for me they were just a bit flat and hard. This is purely a personal preference though:) there is a washing machine but no drying rack, however I am sure the hosts will provide one if asked!

Disliked: No pudimos poner el aire acondicionado y el sofá cama estaba duro, además que la Host respondió un poco grosero.
Rude and unprofessional hosts, the place is ok
Liked: Location is good, the apartment is basic
Disliked: The host has provided the wrong instructions in English: wrong directions, wrong apartment number, wrong door code. I couldn’t get inside at first. Then I found instructions in Spanish and translated (I don’t speak Spanish), and they were actually correct. When I informed the host about this situation they made fun of me, were sarcastic, never apologized, called me rude etc. Then later that day I found out that the apt door (electronic keys) requires several attempts to open. It is very scary, to have all your stuff locked in a rent and can’t get in. Again no apology, no solution. They told me “yes it happens sometimes”. What?! I started taking all my documents/meds with me everywhere after that. There was an unpleasant smell from an old mop in the kitchen.

Liked: Very clean and everything is new. The bed is very comfortable. It’s in the center of the shopping areas but still close to the cathedral and old district. There’s a supermercado/supermarket very close by. And very close to the train station. We LOVE its location. The cute balcony has a nice view of the town.
