Liked: A home away from home. This is like moving into someone’s house while they are away—nothing like the sterility of so many holiday rentals. Plus a location right next to the old town!

Adorable apartment and wonderful host
Liked: Tino was the perfect host! He responded quickly and was extremely flexible as we had some timing issues with our drive from Madrid. He met us at the apartment and helped us get parked. Then he gave a nice tour of the unit followed by many recommendations of places to eat. The location is perfect and just a block from the beautiful San Francisco Park. Also close to many great eating establishments! Can’t wait to come back one day!

Spacious apartment well located in the city
Liked: The apartment is very well located - an easy walk to all the major sites with many restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the onsite parking allowed us to easily make excursions along the coast. Tino was a great host with many helpful recommendations.

A beautiful apartment in the centre of Oviedo
Liked: The apartment is very charming, having a character, and nicely furnished, convenient for a longer stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. One bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, and there is another bathroom in the corridor. Everything was clean and tidy. The host, Tino was very proactive and forthcoming, contacted me before the arrival, and provided great recommendations for Oviedo and surroundings. He was also immediately available when we had a small issue with the boiler (the issue was resolved very fast). The location is super - in a lived-in area of the city, but only with a short walk to the cathedral. There are multiple restaurants around, and the supermarket is almost in the same building.
Disliked: The bed was a bit on a hard side for me. There is no air conditioning - usually not really necessary in this part of Spain, but we had a couple of days of extreme temperatures. It was possible to open the windows - the bedrooms were really quiet.
