Exceptional
Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in Oviedo
Liked: The location was excellent, very close to the old town and within walking distance of the bus station. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped and Aroa was a friendly and responsive host.
Disliked: It would have been good if we had been told where the plates and cooking utensils were and how to open the cupboards. We weren’t sure if the panels above the stove were cupboards and if so, how to open them. We didn’t want to force them and risk breaking them. When Aroa told us how to do it, it was very easy, but it would have been better to have been told when we arrived.
Ideal apartment for a short stay in Oviedo
Liked: Fantastic location near the historic centre. Small apartment ideal for a couple. Aroa was very attentive, arriving just 5 minutes after I called her.
Liked: Walking distance to everything in the old city. Drama free parking. Washer dryer that really dries the clothes. 20 min drive to Gijon.
Liked: Lovely modern, airy apartment within walking distance of the city. Really appreciated the secure underground parking and terrace too. The host was ready to meet us and very welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing.
Lovely bright spacious apartment
Liked: Lovely spacious bright apartment with a big outdoor terrace. Good location. The apartment was clean and very well equipped decent shower and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Slight disappointment was that whilst the terrace was big and got lots of sun the photographs do not show that it looks out onto the rear walls and windows of all the surrounding tall buildings not much of a view.
Good, but compact apartment
Liked: Very compact (actually maximum 2 people) apartment. The apartment is very clean and located slightly outside the historical centre. The welcome by Aroa was very friendly and cordial. Big advantage is the private parking space in the garage under the apartment building.
