Perfect apartment and great location
Liked: Great apartment, perfect location and the private “garden” was the best part. Sandra the agent was the best. Excellent communication all the way and really helpful with everything
Liked: Location, comfort bed, quiet house.
Disliked: We struggled a bit to figure out how the parking worked. Not a big issue though.
Liked: Wonderful loft in one of the most beautiful places of the city. We really appreciated the way the appartment is furnished and stuffed. Sandra is really amazing as a host. She helped us out all the time and gave us hints and tipps on many occasions.
Disliked: There was construction work ongoing in the neighbour house which sometimes was somewhat noisy during working days. But you never stay there all day long and it was always quite from late afternoon.
Trendy little apartment in the heart of Oviedo's old town
Liked: Unbeatable location in the heart of the old town, everything in walking distance, yet surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Pleasant little outside space. Clever use of limited space and tasteful funky wall art made for a comfortable short stay
Disliked: Difficult to access the property by car. The parking space offered is fine, but a few minutes walk away. Best not to bring much luggage

Liked: Amazing little place that makes you feel like a local. Feels more like home, rather than a classic sterile hotel. It's ibvious that the owner puts some love into the place. I'd definitely stay there again.
