Liked: Excellent choice for fair money
Really enjoyed the time here! I
Liked: Clean apartment, very good location and easily accessible. Also, very close to neighborhood shops and cafes. Enjoyable walk to the city center.

Liked: It is just 15 minutes walk to the city centre. It is quiet at night. It has a free, secure parking space. The two rooms and the beds are clean, with comfortable sheets, duvets and pillows. There is good storage in the rooms. The shutters on the outside of the windows allow the occupants to have complete darkness and privacy.
Disliked: This is the fault of the architect, not the owner - a bathroom door should not open into a kitchen / living area of a house or apartment.

Liked: Location was good and the flat was easy to get to. Parking in underground lot was a bit tight but do-able. Apt was spotless and new. Never met our host but she gave us many great Oviedo suggestions. Close to Gijon. Both cities are beautiful.

Liked: A nice modern apartment with a unique atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. Good quiet location, not far from the city center and University Campuses. Very detailed instructions for checking-in and the parking entrance.
Disliked: for us it was a too narrow way to park the car, maybe after a month of stay we would be able to park here easily:) You need an internet connection for check-in.
