  Great place

Liked: Great location. Excellent for bus and train station and right on city center. Have in mind the place is very nice, but you must open the windows for ventilation. This was especially important for the night as we are used to having air conditioning everywhere.

  Great location, comfortable facilities

Liked: Comfortable space, central location and heating/water facilities were on point.

Disliked: The beddings were subpar and if you really wanted to use the kitchen the lack of proper cookware was real

Horrible experience overall, do not recommend!

Liked: Location, good tv, good wifi.

Disliked: Large area of mold in the master bedroom, so bad in fact it grew onto our suitcase that was near the wall. This is a health concern and should be remedied before anybody else stays in the apartment. Shower consistently flooding entire bathroom due to drain being clogged (same complaints in previous reviews and nothing has been done to remedy situation). We had to be in the apartment while they sent the cleaning lady to “fix” the plumbing. They wouldn’t send an actual plumber until after our stay, so needless to say we had to deal with the flooding throughout our entire stay. Master bedroom mattress was U-shaped (previously stated in reviews and again, not remedied). It was so uncomfortable that we had to see a chiropractor upon returning home. Second bedroom did not have the bunkbed as advertised. This was one of the reasons we chose this property for our kids and were extremely disappointed when we saw that it was a trundle bed instead. Please take a few minutes to update the photos! There were not enough blankets for all of the beds (two comforters only) and the company refused to provide another one. Due to the fact that the radiators are only on certain times of day, more blankets were a necessity that the management company should have taken care of. Their response time was several hours and never very helpful anyways. The kitchen chairs were new, but they were all wobbly and loose to the point that screws were falling out, but there were no tools to tighten them in the apartment. Overall this was by far our worst experience with any property on booking.com.

Modern, centrally located, comfortable flat I would definitely go back!

Liked: The location was perfect, really close to everything we needed, shops, park, train and bus stations etc It was a very nice flat, very modern with great central heating, comfy sofa, huge tv!

Disliked: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, the only thing I noticed was the drainage in the shower is a bit slow but everything else was perfect

Perfect place for stay in the heart of Oviedo

Liked: Nice recently renovated place with everything you need for stay. Perfect location in the center of the city. Friendly staff.

Disliked: We had only one pair of keys from the apartment; sometimes that was a puzzle how to manage it.
