Good
Too expensive
Liked: It was near the concert where I wanted to go
Disliked: No amenities in the toilet
Not to repeat
Liked: Room facilities a title bit poor for a 4 start hotel. Breakfast very simple, not hot food.
Disliked: Breakfast variability poor
Very helpful staff
Liked: We came for the eclipse, and were greeted by the staff with a set of eclipse watching glasses - big kudos for that. The room has nice technical gizmos, like a pin-entry door, or a very sophisticated shower with all the bells and whistles. The staff was very quick to respond to our inquiries.
Disliked: When we were checking out early morning, the place felt a bit understaffed, since the receptionist was also busy preparing the breakfast. Nevertheless, we were helped quickly! There were minor technical issues in the room, but they were fixed very quickly.
Very good experience.will stay again
Liked: The parking, location and staff very good
Disliked: The lighting in the room could be improved. The door access into the room could be made easier
Liked: Nice comfortable, spacious room. Great AC. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Disliked: Shower. A little dated and doesn't work correctly.
Disliked: The underground parking was very difficult. Had to change after a night and park above ground.
