Exceptional
Good location close to transport hubs
Liked: Location is really good - close to the rail station & the bus station and easy walking into the central area. The facilities are basic but normal for a Pensión. It was clean and perfectly adequate for what I wanted.
Disliked: I was there during the total solar eclipse and whilst all rooms in the city were expensive over this period I thought the value was poor for what was provided. If I visited the city again I would stay there if the price was in line with what to expect for a Pensión.
Liked: Clean rooms, private bathroom with shower, great location near the train and bus station. The host speaks Spanish and English. There is heating for the cold season.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning in the room, and it is quite noisy with the window open.
Disliked: Noisy nights. No air conditioning forces to open the windows at night, but the outside is incredibly noisy; trucks, cars, trash pick-ups, bottles, and people of the night.
Liked: Todo perfecto
Liked: La propietaria super amable. La habitación muy muy bien.
Disliked: Por decir algo, pero que realmente no fué un problema, es que en nuestra habitación el baño era un poco pequeño
Cozy room right in front of main station
Liked: Super convenient location, comfortable for our weekend stay getting to know Oviedo, with many attractions at walking distance. The hosts are attentive, we coordinated checkin time and then we could get in and out independently. The room is small, it feels spacious because of its distribution and lightning, and ours had a great view!
