Fantastic location, great apartment and sensational hosts
Liked: The hosts are sensational and went above & beyond to help us when my daughter left her credit card in the property.
Disliked: we found the directions a little vague to find the place - perhaps a map or similar? Additionally, the locking system is cumbersome, particularly so when you are on international wifi. Overall a small frustration but worth improving
Convenient, clean, modern
Liked: Clean, new, comfortable, close to everything.
Disliked: For a country girl, the city is noisy in general. It was hot, had to leave doors open. Noisy, which the owner has no control over.
Perfect location near the cathedral, markets and wonderful restaurants
Liked: Location, location, location! So comfortable and clean and responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Terrific little apartment in a great part of Oviedo
Liked: Easy to access. Great engagement with the owner. Beautiful little apartment. Oviedo is a fabulous town and the apartment is perfectly located in the old town (pedestrian zone) but close enough to road access and the train station.
Nice location but the entry/exit mechanism can be improved
Liked: The apartment was well located and close to everything. It is also well decorated and very comfortable.
Disliked: The check in requires downloading an app to enter the apartment (which is not the end of the world), but then there are no keys and every guest needs to have the app and internet connection to enter in the apartment, which is quite annoying. The apartment locks itself afterwards automatically with the app, which seems not to be the safest in case of any hazard. I would offer keys for the guests once they have checked in.
Spacious place in the heart of Oviedo
Liked: The apartment is located in the heart if the city, which means it is really close to all main points of Oviedo and allows you to really experience the city fully. Inside, it is very convenient - the rooms are spacious and well planned, the equipment is sufficient for 4 people and encourages own cooking (oven/microwave, induction stove, pots, pans, airfryer, mixers, coffee machine etc.). Among the family of 4, each of us could find space for activities together and individually. It is also very clean, especially the large bathroom, which we really appreciated.
Disliked: The central location may also get a bit noisy during the night, especially towards the end of the week. You need to park your car further away, as the neighbourhood is pedestrian only.
