Exceptional
Excellent apartment within 5 minute walk of Oviedo train station
Liked: Met by the host on arrival, who was really friendly despite us not sharing a common language. Communication throughout the stay was excellent via WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean, with a great shower, a comfy (though slightly narrow) bed, and good facilities including a brilliant coffee machine. WiFi was fast and reliable, and having a lift meant no carrying cases up the stairs. The location is ideal — close to the train and bus stations and around a 10–15 minute walk into the centre of Oviedo, with a nice café right next door. A lovely touch was finding the fridge stocked with milk and water. A very comfortable stay overall. Would recommend.
Smart, clean apartment, well positioned to explore Oviedo
Liked: Very helpful host. Excellent apartment, bright and airy. Very clean and well equipped. Location good, close to train station (and fairly close to bus station) and close to the main shopping street.
Disliked: Address on Booking.com misses the actual building number on the street (13) making it hard to find initially - easily solved by helpful host, but would be good to correct this on Booking.com website
Liked: Very pleasant stay. Very modern and stylish appartment on 7th floor.
Disliked: Furniture needs some maintenance. Squeeking doors etc. Otherwise all good.
Perfect location, great host, and stellar accommodation
Liked: The location is perfect- steps from public transportation (train and bus), but also a short walk to the shopping and center of town. This would be an ideal place to stay if you are doing the Camino Primitivo. It was a very comfortable apartment- 1 bed/1 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, large fridge/freezer. And it even had milk and water when I arrived- which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. The host is very accommodating and meets you at check in so there is no confusion about opening the door, etc. A great overall experience.
Disliked: I don’t really have any complaints- it was perfect for my stay. There’s even a cafe downstairs right next door.

Oviedo was a lovely town and we enjoyed everything we did
Liked: It was a beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a short greeting with Isabel and she was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about.
