Needs more to be a hotel

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice new building and rooms.

Disliked: Basically you get student accommodation levels of service and comfort for hotel prices. The rooms are not cleaned, even during a one week stay. So by day three the bins are full and you have to buy your own toilet paper. The rooms have nóthing but a bed. There’s no fridge, no kettle, no microwave, no tv, no aircon, not a single glass or mug or piece or cutlery. The beds are very hard and there is no duvet cover so the sheets weren’t clean. I knew the location wouldn’t be central, but because it’s on a hill it’s basically an hour walk back from the city.

Disliked: In our room the toilet didn't work, at once we let the staff know it, but they didn't solve the problem and didn't change the room. Moreover, it was 40 degrees and no air conditioning, they said they have, but it don't work
