Exceptional
Liked: Location. Well supplied.
Disliked: Lack of good hot water. It was lukewarm.
Good location and value for price
Liked: Super good location, cozy.
Disliked: Bed not the biggest and most comfortable.
Liked: The place was in a prime location and clean. We were provided with nice tips for places to eat and parking for 10 euro/day. There was also an umbrella available in case it rained.
Disliked: There was some miscommunication with the time of checking in so I would recommend the next guests to be very clear about their expected arrival time as you need to get the key to get into the place. The real drawback to the place is that there is no air-conditioning and being older there are no screens to open the windows to cool down the place so we got bit up by mosquitoes at night. It was quite warm with just the fan and the windows closed. I imagine a lot of places in the area have the same issue.
Highly recommended
Liked: Amazing location, all facilities, really friendly host
Liked: This is a very convenient apartment in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. The owner is very pleasant and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is spotlessly clean.
Disliked: The view from the window was scary, as in most interior-type apartments
Great location and compact comfortable clean apartment. The owner is very helpful and informative. We would definitely r
Liked: Great location in old town Oviedo. The apartment had everything we needed and the owner Javier was brilliant in letting us know about the local town. He organised a parking space for us and showed us where to go. Great based for exploring all this town
Disliked: Locating the property was a little difficult as we ended up driving into a pedestrian zone thinking we could drop off our bags. It may help to provide this detail re arriving by car in the description. This was the only challenge and once we sorted a place to park we even booked an extra night as we loved this city so much
