Would recommend
Liked: Great location, right in the old town. Right around the cathedral and lots of popular bars. Was worried when heading back to the room in Saturday and it was super loud. Once we closed the patio door we couldn’t hear anything. Wonderful
Disliked: The bed was a little worn on the sides. Also not necessarily the venue fault, but the dishes were gross. Other guests put dishes and silverware away covered in dried food. We had to wash everything before using it.

Amazing for the price
Liked: Location could not be better. The house is very nice. One of the 2 microwaves could be replaced by an oven - for easy meals (e.g. pizza) The phone contact have good orientation. Always answered my questions. Will not hesitate to stay here again in case I return to Oviedo

Loud noise all night
Liked: The room was clean and modern, the shared kitchen was reasonable, and the coffee was appreciated. The bathroom was a tad small, but the shower was hot and spacious. The building was reasonably central to the city.
Disliked: The walls felt like they were made of paper. We spent the first half of the evening listening to our neighbors’ TV shows and conversation, and the rest of the night listening to drunk kids yelling and singing outside. Despite being reasonably clean and well-furnished, the property failed terribly at the core purpose of a lodging, which is to provide a place where one can sleep.
This venue is perfect for students, walkers/hikers etc. Not suitable for a mature couple on holiday
Liked: Liked location in old quarter.
Disliked: The biggest problem was finding the property. Nothing on the information I had said it was no 12 and there were no signs on the property. Insufficient space to store clothes. It was also very noisy in the evenings from young people gathering in the nearby square.
Good location, clean, easy to check in, poor privacy and confort due to noise
Liked: Very clean Facilities in shared areas are great
Disliked: Whilst some noise coming from other rooms is expected, noise isolation between rooms next door and above is non existing. Snoring from others is heard as though they are in the same room. The noise of steps from others coming from the above floor makes very difficult to sleep.
