Lovely location opposite a park, close to the old town and on bus routes
Turned out well in the end
Liked: Central and right next to a beautiful park. Everything you need is just outside, cafés, bars, restaurants. The decor is quite nice and though old fashioned, I quite like that. Friendly cleaning lady too
Disliked: When we first checked in the room had an issue with the plumbing and smelled awful. We were given another room, which was a relief but the man at the desk seemed quite unapologetic - the room was smaller and with no fridge or bath... That said, our stay was good in the end and we enjoyed our time in Oviedo.

Shock
Liked: Firstly, Santacruz moved my reservation to Hotel Rosal, which was just down the street. Hotel Rosal was excellent, my answers are for my stay there. The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly. Parking was nearby. Central town a short walk. Very happy with change in Hotel.
Disliked: Initial shock when arrived at Santacruz and then walked politely down the street to a different Hotel.
Different but a lot of wasted time
Liked: Near to all Amenities
Disliked: Car parking. It says it has car parking but it doesn’t. It sent me to a car park but it was full.. spent an hour driving around Oviedo looking for a parking lot. Eventually they found me a spot at the original car park.
