Fabulous
Not a good experience
Liked: The location. Right in the city centre.
Disliked: Safety. Our door lock failed and we could not exit the 3rd floor apartment, nor could staff enter. Had there been need of medical treatment or had there been a fire, the one and a half hours wait for a locksmith or ambulance could have been fatal! No fire escape and no exit via windows. This has been notified to Booking.com. Don't believe the photos! Kitchen window had debris against it. Dining area window had the blind pulled down to hide the building site next door. Living area had a window too high to look out. Bedroom window overlooked the service area where the air conditioning units were placed and across to an office block. Equipment. 4 x espresso cups, nothing larger. No kettle. No iron, ironing board or clothes airer. No cleaning materials. 2 x bath towels and 1x hand towel for 3 nights. No kitchen towels or draining rack for dishes. Poorly equipped despite the promises of these items on Booking.com. Aggressive notice. If kitchen not left as found, there will be a 60 euros cleaning charge.

Disliked: Hard to tell if there was a human involved. I wasn't convinced
Lovely apartment but noisy and appalling wifi
Liked: Lovely apartment, very clean, very comfortable and great central location. Staff were excellent and super helpful.
Disliked: The wifi/internet service was appalling and meant that we had to use our own mobile roaming service for connectivity while in the apartment. A secondary issue was the lack of TV service as it was internet based. A problem outside of the control of the owners is NOISE. Street level noise, particularly over the weekend, went on through the night, even with the windows fully closed. We paid more for a street view but we wouldn't recommend this. There is also constant noise during the day from substantive construction works in the adjacent building.
Overall good experience
Liked: Great location, cute place, comfy bed and nice lighting.
Disliked: Not enough pillows for two people to sleep comfortably and wifi would have been nice.
Liked: This is a superb apartment hotel. Located right in the middle of Oviedo on a bustling pedestrian street with cafes opposite and the park 100 m away. The apartment is beautiful, with incredible sound-proofing because you can’t hear any street noise when the windows are closed. It’s got a modern under floor heating-cooling system and temperature was perfect despite it being 27C outside. Beautifully decorated. It is quite dark inside but this is the classic style of these buildings and it works really well.

Disliked: Liked everything but did struggle with the lock on the first day trying to get in
