Exceptional
Amazing location, welcoming and helpful host. 10/10
Liked: Arranged in advance to meet the host (who lives nearby) to pick up the keys. Given a brief tour of the apartment and all the facilities, which were excellent. Lots of space in the apartment and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is amazing and less than a 5 minute walk into the old town of Oviedo. Car parking in underground car park was a superb added bonus and one of the reasons we booked the apartment. First class and would definitely stay again.
Liked: Excellent location for a visit to the city. Parking onsite so didn't use the car just strolled into the old city in 5 minutes. Our host was lovely.
A home from home. Perfect location
Liked: Simple. Tastefully decorated. Clean. Quiet location. Very convenient parking. Lovely leafy view and short walk through the park into the city.
Disliked: A very small thing - a cafetière and a bowl for cooking would have been helpful. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped.
Liked: The apartment is very close to the town centre and we could walk to for dinner or lunch. The free parking was very convenient. We used it as a basis to do day trips to the mountains and the beach.
Great place to stay while visiting Oviedo
Liked: Perfect location for visiting the city and having easy access to the garage where the car was parked. The apartment was excellent, very clean and had everything one would want. People I spoke with were helpful and fry
Disliked: The outside had graffiti on the walls and the hallways were dark and a bit dingy
Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment
Liked: Large comfortable apartment coupled with free, secure underground parking, within walking distance of the city centre. The owner, Sara, greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful - showing us around the apartment, ably assisted by her delightful six year old son, and with suggesting places for us to eat in the old town.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
