Exceptional
Great location, great equipped apartment. Very nice stay
Liked: Excellent location and had everything we needed. Clean and easy to find.
Disliked: The picture of the parking facility is not up to date and it could have been easier to find if it said it was 2 buildings down from the apartment entry but due to one way system you must drive back around. Changing the picture and adding this would be beneficial. Saturday evening was quite noisy outside. That said the location is so good and central you have to expect a bit of noise.
Great apartmnet at the heart of Oviedo
Liked: Good option for larger groups. Apartment has everything you need. Location is awesome - 2 minutes from the historic center. The apartment has 2 parking spots (June 2026) in a garage in the next building. Great and clear check instructions. Definitely recommend it (but if you are a light sleeper read the minus points).
Disliked: We stayed in the apartment during the heatwave in June 2026 and it was difficult get fresh air in the apartment during the night (especially for the light sleepers) - with windows locked there was no fresh air but with windows open it was too loud - on the one side a busy street on the inner side a courtyard with very loud downstairs neighbors. Maybe we got unlucky but I definitely suggest the managing party to add ventilators into each bedroom.
Excellent stay
Liked: very responsive host. Immaculately clean apartment. very easy access to apartment and private parking, very handy to all sites and sidrerias. spacious and beautiful apartment
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location! The appartement was clean, good sunlight and very convenient. Excellent communication with the owner. The parking was available during our stay, so lucky and so comfortable:) We spent a good time visiting Olviedo, great restaurants near by, Sidrerias and tourist sightseeing. Highly recommend this place for families as well.
