  Liked: Pretty and clean place.

Disliked: It's a shame there is a curfew for the pool use- we would not be back to the hotel in time to use it:(

Liked: Lovely clean room and friendly staff. Great view of beautiful garden and pools.

Disliked: No kettle in room. No lock on bathroom door. Some drinking water would be nice after long journey.

Everything you need for lovely vacation:)

Liked: Staff. Despite some technical issues first night, I left this hotel with the best feeling in my heart. Because staff really knows what good customer service means. And nowadays it is one of the main pillars in hospitality service. Hotel staff did everything in order to please us and make us happy. Thank you!! Facilities are also nice, cozy bungalows, great breakfast, good swimming pools.

Disliked: There was no elevator. We had to climb stairs to our room. But we were allowed to leave our stroller in staff room downstairs. Soundproof is not the best, but if you are without the baby (as we were) then maybe is less significant.
