Guest reviews
Good
Liked: Very comfortable bed. Good size room. Had a lift. Helpful staff. Good position for exploring town and Cathedral. Had a cooking area downstairs for communal use. Good idea. Palencia is lovely
Excellent value and very clean
Liked: Excellent value. Perfectly clean and well-equipped. No unnecessary amenities.
Disliked: Better coffee machine in the kitchen.
Norhing memorable
Liked: Location
Disliked: No human contact with the staff.
Liked: Good location, close to the train station, bus station. A cheap paring place (Parking Jardinillos) is quite close. Wifi is good. Community kitchen is useful, there is a fridge you can put your things, you can cook... Bathroom is clean, water pressure is good. Several reviews mentioned noise problem, but it was not too noisy.
Disliked: They sent passive-aggressive messages on the day of my arrival, that I didn't pay for the room, so they plan to cancel it. I've sent answers which they ignored. I booked it via booking.com so they could just charge my card. Upon arrival it was no longer a problem. No AC, just a fan which does not help a lot in this summer. The room was just too hot. Room is rather small.
A cross between a hotel and an airbnb
Liked: Location and parking was good.
Disliked: Whilst trying to be fair I have to sat that, having paid an exorbitant price for the room (it was the night of total eclipse!) I was very surprised the room had no air conditioner- just a fan. This made our nights sleep very uncomfortable.
Disliked: Room was very very hot
