Very good
Comfortable, well situated, and friendly staff
Liked: The property was located only two blocks from the train station and had a small grocery store within a couple of blocks. The building was nice. The staff was engaging and it made my three day stay there more pleasurable.
Liked: Great facility for a visit to León near the train station.
Disliked: Not a great location for food options close by
A good Hotel for a short stay in this interesting town
Liked: Very helpful receptionist. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Easy access to the main points of interest in town including the Cathedral and the ‘old town’.
Disliked: Parking arrangements were not the best with an elevator from road level, a bit noisy in operation but it did get one to and from the underground parking area. Apparently not bootable - first come first served at €11 per night. However street parking is avail able around the block, I’m not sure how secure this could be!
Liked: The staff are very kind and friendly, with a few recommendations and tips for the city. For the price, it is well-worth it. I stayed in several other hotels on a recent trip throughout Spain, and Diana Palace was very affordable with a fancy, well-designed interior. My partner really liked having the gym. The room was very clean with lots of space and a nice bathroom.
Disliked: The hotel bar is in a nice spot, however it feels very empty and could be more inviting. But this is a small nit-pick, overall the stay was fantastic.

Liked: The decore was beautiful, a very good breakfast
Disliked: The parking! Which most people have complained about, not being warned about it in the write up of the hotel. We have a Skoda Karoq don’t attempt a car any bigger, we just fit in the lift, it’s a tight turn off the street. The receptionist offered us as an alternative street parking, which is not what you want if you need a secure spot.
The location was close to the main town
Liked: The hotel was what would be expected of a Eurostars hotel and nice inside.
Disliked: The room smelt! The parking was ridiculous - it is operated via an elevator from the street which was too tight to use. I had specifically chosen the hotel for it's usual 4-star standard and car parking. We had to park behind the hotel on the street and the space available was very limited.
